It's been such a long time since I heard about a French "jamband". With such a great and fabulous rhythmic section, Will Lester, singer and guitar player, has everything he needs to create these wonderful solos and improvisations, with or without his slide, as does his master Warren Haynes. This album has been produced in four days and despite the "under mixed" voice on some tunes, General Store delivers a great album.

When you listen their cover of "Soulshine", one of the nicest ones I've ever heard, you'll know General Store is one of a kind band. While waiting for their next release, go and catch them on stage. (Dominique Turgot)
